CHC30121 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
Duration: 12-16 Months
Delivery mode: Online, Workplace, and/or flexible delivery
Practical placement: 160 hours in a long day care environment we help you organise

Delivery Mode: Workplace or distance (online)
Work Placement: You will also be required to undertake 280 hours of vocational placement in an approved setting.
Entry requirement: Admission in Diploma you must provide evidence of completion of a Certificate IV or above.
Pathways: Assistant Director, Playgroup Leader, Occasional Care Coordinator

CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Duration: 6 – 8 Months
Delivery mode: Online, Workplace, and/or flexible delivery
Practical placement: 625 hours that we can help you organise (working hours can be logged as placement hours for workplace students)
Entry requirement: The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice has no formal entry requirements. However, students must first successfully complete the 5 core units of the Assistant Agent Certificate before commencing the Certificate IV course.
Pathways: Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Property Manager, Business Broker, Sales Person, Support Staff.

CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency management)
Duration: 6 – 8 Months & 12 units of competency.

Entry requirement: There are no enrolment requirements for to begin this course, however, it is helpful if you’ve already got experience working in either sales or property management.

CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction
Duration: 52 Weeks (Full Time, Part Time)
Delivery mode: Online, Workplace, and/or flexible delivery
Course outcome: Successful completion of this qualification will allow you to apply for a Builder – Low Rise license and set you up to successfully manage a residential building business.
Entry requirement: No course admission requirements, however, students wishing to access subsidised training will be required to demonstrate satisfactory reading, writing and numeracy skills
Pathways: Constructor Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Manager, builder etc.

Duration: 18 – 24 Months & 27 units of competency.

Entry requirement: Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or Successful completion of post-secondary studies (Certificate II or higher) in a related field (e.g. building, construction, plumbing etc)
Pathways: Construction Contract Manager, Builder, Construction Project Manager, Project Site Supervisor

CHC40221 - Certificate IV in School Based Education Support
Duration: 8 – 10 Months
Delivery mode: Online, Workplace, and/or flexible delivery
Practical placement: 120 hours that we can help you organise (working hours can be logged as placement hours for workplace students)
Entry requirement: Be at least 18 years of age. There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre -Training Review.
Pathways: Education Support Worker, Teacher Assistant, Home Tutor, Teacher Aide in Schools, Integrations Aide
